The name Wæm Mw-91d Běre is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Mw-91d Běre was founded by Komgur Dyême, who was culturaly Constructi.

After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Komgur Dyême struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Wæm Mw-91d Běre as a prison colony.

Wæm Mw-91d Běre was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Mw-91d Běre is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Wæm Mw-91d Běre is buildings are arranged arround a network of crampt cobblestone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures.
